U14 TEAM USA QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT

Welcome to the U14 Team USA Tryouts! We are excited to host the Alberta Regional Event, which will take place on April 18-27, 2025 at Aforza. This event is to promote competitive play amongst juniors and to help foster a community of tennis players in the province. Aforza aims to bring players from all around the province together to compete and have fun. We look forward to seeing you there!

Eligibility

Members and non members can play at this event. This regional event is OPEN ENTRY, meaning players of all levels are welcome to register. The tournament is UTR Verified, ensuring that players’ participation will contribute to their UTR rating. Players must be 14 years old or younger throughout the entire 2025 calendar year. Eligible Birth Year: 2011 or later. Players will only be divided by gender only with all U14 girls in one draw and all U14 boys in another.

Cost

$150 for players that have a full membership with Universal Tennis (power subscription) and $160 for players that do not have the full membership

Format

This is a competitive tournament. There will be a first round consolation for each event. Each player will be guaranteed two matches.

Perks

The winners, finalists and semi-finalists will receive acceptance into the North American National Event held in Washington DC from June 9-15. The winners of the boys and girls North American National Event will receive an all expense trip to Paris to compete in the Stade Francais, one of the most prestigious U14 tournaments in the world.
