Block Bookings

A block booking is a 2-hour, four-person, court booking that occurs over consecutive weeks at the same time and day of the week throughout a season.

Fees

Block bookings are made up of approximately 25 weeks. This number can change depending on the number of holidays, tournaments, or other events that fall within the booking.

Prices reflect the number of weeks that fall within each block.

Registered Players

Block booking participants must be registered in Aforza's online booking system, Club Automation. Creating a profile gives players access to schedules, transaction history, etc.

Booking

  • Aforza members can purchase block bookings
  • Members and non members can participate in the block booking
  • A Block Booking Lead is the member who purchased the Block Booking
  • It is the Lead’s responsibility to ensure that each session of the block booking is filled with participants
  • Available for Padel and Tennis courts
  • Block bookings do not auto renew
  • All players must check in at our Front Desk before entering the courts
  • New balls are provided at the start of each booking, and used balls returned to the Front Desk
  • A maximum of 4 players per block booking court
  • We reserve the right to move court bookings
  • Space is limited
  • Participants of block bookings have early access to the next block. Block bookings open to the public two months prior to the first session

Substitution Policy

A member is substituting for a member: The sub pays a member block booking fee and a credit goes to the original player.
A member is substituting for a non-member: The sub pays a member block booking fee and a credit goes to the original player.
A non-member is substituting for a member: The sub pays a non-member block booking fees and a credit goes to the original player.
A non-member is substituting for a non-member: The sub pays a non-member block booking fee and a credit goes to the original player.
