Junior programs

Junior Progressive Tennis
Ages 4 – 10

Progressive Tennis introduces children to tennis in a way that is fun, interactive and creates a solid foundation for success. Using modified tennis balls, racquets, nets and court sizes, young players are appropriately equipped so they can enjoy rallying and learning the fundamentals of the game. Our methods develop essential skills more quickly than traditional methods, allowing for a smooth transition to full-court tennis.

Junior Recreational Tennis
Ages 10 – 18

These programs are geared toward kids who want to learn and play tennis but who may not be interested in competing in provincial tournaments. Participants learn the necessary techniques and tactics to feel comfortable playing a game of singles or doubles with a friend or their parents.

Aforza Academy
Ages 10 – 18

Aforza Academy is for kids who wish to compete in provincial, national, and international events. Athletes are coached using a global method that teaches the technical tactical, psychological, and physical components of the sport of tennis.
