We know a tennis club can only be as good as its people — and our players tell us all the time that what they like most about Aforza is the people. We believe building community is important, which is why we’ve created a fun, family-oriented, welcoming environment led by the best coaches in Alberta and staffed by enthusiastic employees in our pro shop and lounge.

Aforza is open to the public. We offer optional memberships and run professional tennis programs at schools and outdoor facilities all over Calgary. Whether you choose to play as a member or a visitor, tennis is a great way to get fit, make new friends and have fun. We look forward to welcoming you!

Membership Structure

Our membership offers flexibility, provides discounts on lessons and programs, and best of all, there are no initiation fees.
All members have the option to pay their annual fee in one lump sum or in 12 equal monthly installments.

Aside from not having to pay an additional $10 guest fee when playing tennis at Aforza, members receive special privileges.

Court rental fees are on a per-court basis (not per person).

Lockers are located in the change rooms and subject to availability.

There is a 24-hour court cancellation policy for both members and non-members.

  • Grandfathered members failing to give 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $15 fee and the cancelled court will count toward your 3 bookings per week.
  • New members failing to give 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their court fee.
  • Non-members failing to give 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their court fee.

A block booking is a 2-hour, four-person, tennis or padel court booking that occurs over consecutive weeks, at the same time and day of the week, throughout a season.  We offer 2 Block Bookings a year:

  • Block 1 (Fall & Winter) Sept – April
  • Block 2 (Spring & summer) May – August

Fees | Each block booking consists of approximately 25 weeks. This number can change depending on the number of holidays, tournaments, or other events that fall within the booking.  Prices reflect the number of weeks that fall within each block.
