Aforza is proud to have the best coaching team in Alberta backed by an enthusiastic and talented management and support team. We are led by our owners Karen and Jeff Spiers. Karen is a long-time advocate for the sport and brings a wealth of business and operations experience to her role as Operations Director. Co-owner and Director Jeff Spiers is an accomplished tennis player, Alberta Tennis Hall of Fame inductee, and the only Level 4 coach in Calgary. Jeff and Karen are both super passionate about our sport, as are the dozen other international Aforza coaches whose enthusiasm and expertise keep players of all levels coming back for more. We teach more than 7,000 juniors a year and proudly give back to the sport through scholarships and other initiatives.
