Coaching is a huge passion of mine. My background in education and psychology helps me to really understand each individual player and their specific needs. Many coaches have a very regimented and two dimensional way of approaching their players. However, I am a firm believer that each player needs a slightly different approach if you want to get the best out of their abilities.
I believe that the combination of the staff, players and culture at Aforza would allow any coach to succeed and create success out of young players. I can’t wait to help create the next professional generation of tennis players to come out of Aforza!
Tennis has a very special place in my heart. It is what got me out of my small town of Thunder Bay Ontario to pursue my dreams and move to Toronto to train and compete on a much bigger stage. Aforza is giving young athletes opportunities that I never had at such a young age. To have such a professional and high quality program in Western Canada is a huge accomplishment in itself, attracting extremely qualified and talented staff from all over the world. Aforza feels like a hidden gem that definitely deserves more recognition as a high performance powerhouse that competes with the top clubs in all of Canada.
