Our Team

Front Desk Manager, Doug Kozak, has been with Aforza since 2018 and successfully juggles a number of key responsibilities, all with a smile and genuine enthusiasm for the new and familiar faces that come through our doors each day. Doug keeps us organized and evolving; managing the front desk, coordinating all of our members items, managing all of the great tournaments and social events, and continually coming up with new and better ways of doing things here at Aforza.

He brings his love of sports and love of people to his role, along with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management and years of experience as a coach and sports programs coordinator. Doug’s first love is hockey, but you name the sport and he’s likely played or coached it. When he’s not busy answering questions or collaborating with the Aforza team, he’s probably playing hockey or golf or he’s got his nose in a really good book.
